How this list is built:
- Every bill PDF's Google Review QR code links to a tracked redirect endpoint.
- When the patient scans the QR, the redirect logs the click (with visit_id) then sends the browser onward to Google Reviews.
- Clicked-but-not-thanked patients appear here — one click sends a Marathi-tinged thank-you WhatsApp with a 5% cash discount coupon for their next visit and marks them as thanked so they don't get followed up twice.
